Jill is a Managing Director in the Boston office of Ceteris and leads the New England region. Jill brings 13 years of transfer pricing experience to the firm. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients to provide comprehensive transfer pricing services, including documentation for penalty protection, planning analyses, global studies, APAs, controversy, litigation including expert witness testimony, state transfer pricing, cost sharing, intangible asset migration, FIN 48calculations, section 404 controls assessment, and FSLI calculations to estimate ETI benefit. Jill has extensive industry experience, including high-tech, computer software, biotechnology, medical instrumentation,pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and beverage, and automotive.

Prior to joining Ceteris, Jill was the Director of Deloitte's New England transfer pricing practice and the East Coast transfer pricing leader at one of the largest international economic consulting firms.In addition, Jill has published articles in academic and trade journals including Journal of Political Economy and Euromoney, and World Finance and has been interviewed and featured by several publications,including the International Tax Review and Tax Business. She frequently speaks at external events sponsored by law firms, professional associations, and educational organizations.

Jill has an MA in Economics from University of Chicago along with a BA in Mathematics and a BA in Economics from Bates College.
